How do I make a deposit?

*If you request for your appointment to be ‘moved’, a new deposit must be received.

How long does an appointment take?
The length of an appointment depends on the detail of the design, how many designs and the client. On average it's about 2.5-3 hours per client. Please schedule to be at your appointment for that amount of time, regardless.

I DO NOT REPEAT my own designs.

How much do you charge?
Please refer to the 'Service and Pricing' tab.

What times are available for appointments?

Tues-Thurs appointment times are shown at point of booking

What methods of payment do you take the day of my appointment?
Cash, Apple Pay,  Zelle or bank to bank.

Are you willing to travel outside of your state?
Only for classes and celebrity clientele.

Are you licensed?
Yes

How do I maintain my VIP Membership status?

Your VIP status is maintained by scheduling 1 (one) appointment per month. IF you cannot make your appointment your status is maintained by the $100 cancellation fee. One must have 4 consecutive appointments in order to be considered VIP. If the fee is not paid nor appointment kept, ongoing membership is then terminated.

Why do I have to pay a deposit?
Your $50 deposit secures your appointment slot with your technician and plays as a ‘agreement’ that you will show up for your appointment and so will they. Deposits go toward the final cost of your service and is subtracted from your overall total.

Do you do pedicures?
No

Are children allowed at appointments?
Children are only allowed to attend if they are being serviced. Youngest someone can book for a child is 15 years old.

Is there a grace period for arriving to an appointment late?
There is a 15 minute grace period. If more than 15 mins late, the appointment will be charged a late fee for every 15 mins you’re late.

My nail broke, what do I do?
If your nail breaks within 3 business days of services, contact us with a photo of the damage. Once we are informed, we will then schedule a nail fix within the week. Should the dates offered conflict with your schedule, you will have to pay for your nail fix unless otherwise previously discussed with Celeste and scheduled at her earliest convenience.

Have a special event coming up?
If you have a special event coming up, we highly recommend booking months in advance as Celeste is in high demand. Special event deposits are $75, which will not go towards your service. Special event appointments must be booked via email at dbcelestialnails@gmail.com paying a higher cost for your special event, ensures the artist cannot cancel under any circumstances, unless for health reasons or an act of God occurs.

NO REFUNDS will be given for any service.

Should the unfortunate event happen where you cannot afford to pay for your services, the authorities will be contacted immediately.
